Measurement range: Our noise meter can read between 30dBA~130dBa.The sound level meter provides readings within +/-1.5dBA for some of the most accurate results! The decibel meter also shows “UN” when under range, and shows ”OL” on the screen when the sound test reading exceeds the standard you set. The DB meter light sensor will also induct the light intensity of environment automatically. When the light intensity is insufficient, the backlight will be turned on automatically, the backlight will change according to the light intensity. When the electronic power of battery is insufficient a symbol may appear on LCD. A new battery must be replaced*.

Sound meter decibel Calibration Procedures-1.Turn on the calibrator and set the status to 94dB.2.Insert the microphone into the 1/2 inch hole of the Calibrator.3.Turn on the Calibrator and adjust the Potentiometer inside the battery compartment of the meter until the LCD display the desired Level 94.dB.The SPL meter records minimum, maximum sound decibels. The decibel meter will hold the reading until a higher/lower reading is picked up.

Auto Shutdown & Tripod mounting hole: The sound measurement will automatically shut down after 11 minutes when not in use, WHICH HELP to save battery life. With a mounting hole for the tripod, which can be placed on the stand and is easier to measure when your hands are busy.
