We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer the following:

Returns

• Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• To initiate a return, contact us at G8buynz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions

• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
• We do not accept returns on items that are damaged due to misuse.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 are not affected by this policy.
