2. Maintenance before use: dry the cleaned pan, repeatedly wipe the pan interior with cooking oil and keep the oil on the pan for 5-10 hours.
3. Blackening at the beginning of use is a normal phenomenon. Harmless vegetable oil is applied on the pan to prevent rusting during transportation.
4. The cast iron pan is cast by pouring molten iron into sand mold, the pan will become smooth with the use of time.
5. Heating the pan will cause the handle to heat up, please use it with care to avoid burns.
6. Please wipe dry the pan after use to avoid rusting. If it is rusty, clean the rust with scouring pad, and then repeat the maintenance process before use again.
